I called this place. A man answered the phone. I said if he can speak english. He hang up the phone. I called again, he answered late, as soon as he heard me speaking english, he hang up the phone again. It is very unprofessional, and lack of customer service! A customer service should not be like this rude and bad where you consider going for relaxation!

This is an absolutely top-class place to have a massage. Tim has magical hands and the massage was really great. Face down for the entire hour, he worked on my feet, legs, back and head. The bed was heated, the room had a very calming feel. All in all a great experience

I also find it worthy to note that I am a trans guy and let’s just say that was no secret by the end. Despite being ‘different’, I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Extremely professional service and if I am ever back in Düsseldorf this will be a place I return to.

I have been to this salon for a body massage and waxing. The team here was very friends and social. They accommodated me for appointments late minute. The ambience in the room was peaceful and relaxing. They made me feel comfortable through the process.

I went there for a foot massage and luckily the therapist spoke English and was very nice. Clearly one of the best foot massages I have ever had. The place is very clean and hygenic and ambience is great. they have taken necessary precautions for Covid-19. The foot massage was very relaxing and I could feel all the strain in muscles drain away. I will highly recommend the place to everyone and will definetely revisit.

Unfortunately I stopped coming here. Tim massages great, but for him is normal to answer a phone during a massage. When I asked him to stop doing it, the answer was, that he had to answer as it was ‘a client’. He doesn’t have a receptionist, but to hear him answering phones constantly during a massage is really disturbing. In addition - he allows his dog to be present over a massage which is not relaxing at all. I asked Tim several times to stop having his dog in the massage room and to answer a phone during a massage, but he kept doing. As a result - I stopped coming.

Definitely one of the best massages and massage venues in Dusseldorf. The Thai furnishings and overall peaceful set up of the massage room only adds to your relaxation. I just read Lia's message on the foot massage and will have to try that on my next visit. I highly recommend this place.

I just had a very very good massage with Pim (also called Da). Real thai massage with no oil. Very good tecnique, very good stretching. Actually one of the best massages i had. Just what i needed after flight and sitting in the car. Very professional, I would recomend this to anyone looking for a really good thai massage with a good amount of pressure. Fresh and nice rooms, very good massage bed with nice rest for head and feet. Only thing i can complain about was a very light smell in the room i was in, i think it might be a coming mould problem. But it was nothing that concerned me, since the massage was amazing. Just a heads up for the owner to maybe check it out and see if something needs to be done.

This salon was the nearest. I had a half-hour massage. It seemed that they put smth back at the place. This terrible pain dissappeared. I can't believe. It went 4 days. I hope it will not come back 😁
