I had a Whole Body Massage plus 2 hours in Sauna. It was relaxing, calm and wonderful experience. Place is so easy to locate,its in the Alt Stadt. The spa is completely clean and tidy. Personal was friendly and nice. I would definitely come back and promote thsi place.

Worst spa experience I ever had.

My husband booked me a massage and spa day here as he was here for work and I tagged along. He booked a massage at 11am and I was allowed to get there at 10am to relax and change before my massage. When I arrived at 10am reception told me the spa was closed and I said I had an appt. They said fine and told me to proceed to the spa. When I entered the spa no one was at reception to check me in. I waited 25 minutes before I went back to the hotel lobby reception. Here they said they are filming a promotion and I can’t come until 11am. I said fine and went for a walk. At 11am I returned and was quickly ushered into a massage room that was off the main reception area. The massage room door is glass and they pulled some kind of curtain across that didn’t cover the entire glass panel. I was instructed to undress and lay on the bed naked with no sheet to drape me. If someone wanted to look in to the room they could easily see me exposed. As soon as the massage started the massage therapist did drape a towel over me. For the entire 60 minutes of my massage I heard loud men speaking directly outside of my room, I am assuming for the promotion ad they were filming. I was extremely uncomfortable however my massage therapist did not speak any English so I could not communicate anything to her. The actual massage was OK. They did not however massage my hands, feet or head but they did spend 20 minutes massaging my abdomen which was actually quite uncomfortable. At the end of the massage the lady said bye and I said “can I please use the facilities now “? She grabbed a man that annoyingly said OK OK and proceeded to jog down stairs and have me follow him. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him. Once downstairs I was provided a locker for my things. I was the only woman around and it felt uncomfortable. I wanted to shower after my massage but all the showers were once again glass and unisex so any man could see in and come in the shower if they pleased. I was over this experience and wanted to leave. As I was leaving out of the lobby aman saw me coming and put his arm out , touched me and yelled NO then made a “shh” face at me. Apparently they were filming and I almost walked out into the scene taking place (the main lobby) I could not believe this experience from start to finish. My husband and I emailed the spa asking for a refund as this was not up to standard. The manager offered 20% off a next massage. I never want to come back to this place again. They took no responsibility for the occurrence and said that they can’t be responsible for production being loud and touching me. The production team was hired by this hotel and spa. I need a spa day after this “spa day”

My husband and I had massage appointments yesterday, and unfortunately, we were both very disappointed with our experience.

During my session, my massage therapist kept talking to me and making personal comments the entire time. I was hoping to relax in silence, but instead, I felt distracted and uncomfortable. On top of that, the massage itself was very unprofessional and lacked any real technique — it felt very amateurish.
